You must operate a brick-and-mortar retail location (supp shop,
gym, restaurant, etc.).
Yes, depending on your state and exemption status. Submit your
exemption certificate(s) and we typically update your account
within 1 business day.
Yes, the site is built for bulk ordering (ex: 48/96/144/196/240
cases of sauce, plus bulk Bowl O’ Gainz and spices).
No. If it’s not listed on the site, it’s not available right now.
Yes, just know multi-case orders can ship in waves if inventory
shifts. We do our best to send everything together.
From order placement to delivery at your business, expect 10–14
business days minimum.
Orders with multiple cases can have delays between cases because
fulfillment is inventory-dependent.
Yes, weather can delay shipments in transit.
Please don’t email unless it’s been 18 business days since your
order.
Most are shelf-stable, but some items are marked “Store Cold” on
the site (meaning you need cold storage).
Any product labeled “Store Cold” on the shop pages should be
stored cold in your store.
- Unopened: good for 1 year when seal is unbroken.
- After opening: consume within 4 weeks and refrigerate.
